About Us

Welcome to the place where your recovery begins.

We are a client centered facility based on respect and compassion. Our comprehensive programs are designed for those individuals who are unable to take advantage of an inpatient treatment environment. We base our programs on concern for those personalities who are nurtured in an atmosphere of caring and understanding.

We will love you until you can love yourself and we trust and respect you until you can experience those things for yourself. It is our hope to provide positive alternatives to individuals and families so they can learn to detect, accept, and proactively deal with crises and transitions.

We provide services to all who are in need, disability, religion, handicap or legal status. We believe in the inherent worth of all people and strive to promote continuous quality improvement in order to provide our clients with the most effective and efficient treatment services available. We welcome referrals and walk-ins.

    BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REHABILITATION SERVICES

When a parent chooses Family Recovery, they get a Behavior Health Rehab Specialist as well as a Therapist that will create a treatment plan specifically with the goals of the parent and child in mind. Disorders and behaviors addressed include, ADHD&ADD, Defiance, Eating Disorder, Anger, Depression and Anxiety. Session objectives include, Bulling, Anger Management, Social and Life Skills, Problem Solving, Feelings, Tutoring and Stress Management. We offer school and home based counseling.

Family Recovery Counseling Center clients are staff on a weekly basis and this agency has established guidelines to meet client as well as their family needs as a whole entity. In doing so, our counselors participate in community outreach programs, networking to meet the needs of our clients such as mental health medication assessments, emergency food stamps, sober living housing, inpatient treatment, employment opportunity, literacy/GED programs, infant crisis services, dental services. We actively participated in bringing knowledge about substance abuse/misuse to the community by hosting family/friends get-togethers, watch parties and dinners. We utilize the Access to Recovery program to help our clients have a smoother transition back into society. In addition, the counselors donate food to maintain a food pantry for clients and their family who are in need. We maintain an on-site random Urine Analysis program.

    * Licensure and certification supervisor is Jeanie Jones (license # 371), LADC for all counselors
